This role is essential for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are correctly counted, inspected, and processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating a stand-up forklift, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and collaborating with team members to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.</p><p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and quantity.</li><li>Compare shipments to purchase orders, packing slips, or other documentation to confirm accuracy.</li><li>Operate a stand-up forklift safely to move, stage, and organize materials within the warehouse.</li><li>Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of received goods and report discrepancies to management.</li><li>Ensure the receiving area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.</li><li>Assist with general warehouse duties, including loading/unloading, stock rotation, and inventory management as needed.</li><li>Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe work environment<strong>.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to safely operate a stand-up forklift (3+ years of experience)&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to safely operate a sit-down forklift&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Dependable and able to work Monday â Friday.</li><li>Must be able to pass a federal background check.</li><li>Must be able to pass employment verification&nbsp;</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.</li><li>Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry items as needed and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p>KeyStaff, Inc Since 2004.
