Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6 am to 2:30 pm (SOMEDAYS 5 am) 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse forklift operator to join our warehouse team. This role is essential for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are correctly counted, inspected, and processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating a stand-up forklift, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and collaborating with team members to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Receive, inspect, and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and quantity.
• Compare shipments to purchase orders, packing slips, or other documentation to confirm accuracy.
• Operate a stand-up forklift safely to move, stage, and organize materials within the warehouse.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate records of received goods and report discrepancies to management.
• Ensure the receiving area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including loading/unloading, stock rotation, and inventory management as needed.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be able to safely operate a stand-up forklift (3+ years of experience) 
• Must be able to safely operate a sit-down forklift (3+ years of Experience) 
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Dependable and able to work Monday – Friday.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Must be able to pass employment verification 
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry items as needed and work in a fast-paced environment
