Training Facilitator in Plano, TX 75093

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Passionately facilitates instructor-led training via Zoom or Teams for class sizes between 2-25 learners at a time
• Provides one-on-one and small group coaching to trainees as a part of the curriculum, such as Quality
• Assurance feedback for Customer Service Agents in training
• Enthusiastically records voice over for on-demand and self-paced training modules
• Partners with Instructional Designers, cross-departmental leadership, and subject matter experts to gain a strong understanding of learning goals and objectives of each assigned training curriculum
• Participates in train-the-trainer sessions with the Instructional Design team and client trainers, as required
• Meticulously prepares for facilitation of classroom training in order to deliver a polished presentation and promote active engagement among learners.   
• Clearly communicates with Training & Development and cross-departmental leaders on learner attendance, participation, challenges, and successes within the virtual classroom
• Partners with Instructional Designers to evaluate training effectiveness by communicating learner challenges, gaps, and feedback post-training
• Requests, openly receives, and implements feedback on a regular basis, embodying the Training & Development department’s commitment to continuous improvement
• Openly receives on-going coaching from Training Management in the areas of: classroom organization & preparation, following training curriculum as intended, rehearsing for a polished delivery of training, passionately delivering training, appropriate use of resources & tools in the classroom, strong classroom management & positive learner experience, communication & engagement with learners, and time management
•  May handle customer calls on new client projects as part of the job analysis step of preparing for training class facilitation
• Actively participates in personal and professional development initiatives
• Acts as a champion of challenge and change
• Constantly questions IWWCW (In What Ways Can We) do things differently.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Passionate about continuous improvement for self and others.
• Associate’s degree plus 1-2 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Virtual Training Facilitation experience required
• Knowledge and practice in adult learning theory/principles
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to “read the virtual room”
• Consistently positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows 11 required
• Proficient in Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
