Pay:
$17-22/hr

Monday-Friday 7:30am or 8am to 4:30pm or 5pm

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth, efficient processes
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibrations
- Track and record process data; identify trends and suggest improvements
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Follow and help improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical documents and follow procedures
- Basic computer skills
Preferred:
- Associate degree or technical certification
- Experience with PLCs, automation, or process control systems
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma, food, or chemical)
Work Environment & Schedule
- Manufacturing/production setting
- May include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs
- PPE required
- Shift work, including nights/weekends, may be required
