Salary:
$100k/year depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily financial, administrative, and human resources operations of our growing organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently while maintaining accurate financial records for a multi-million-dollar company.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping activities for a multi-million-dollar company.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
- Coordinate with the company's CPA regarding tax preparation and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Human Resources
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Administer employee benefits and coordinate enrollments.
- Support recruiting efforts and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Assist management with employee relations and HR administration.
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
- Coordinate office maintenance and facility needs.
- Develop and improve office procedures and workflows.
- Support company leadership with administrative projects.
- Maintain confidential company and employee information.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience.
- Experience managing the financial operations of a mid-sized to large business.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting systems.
- Previous Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting executive leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
