Pay:
$16-$18/hr

Job Summary:
The Quality Inspector/Auditor is responsible for ensuring all production processes meet internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), inspecting parts at various stages of assembly, and verifying compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and planned audits of production processes to ensure conformance with internal
- SOPs and established quality standards.
- Perform random inspections of parts and assemblies at various stages of production to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Review training records, certifications, and other documentation to verify compliance with company procedures.
- Identify and document non-conformances and work with production teams to address issues and cimplement corrective actions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurring quality issues.
- Prepare detailed audit and inspection reports, maintaining accurate records of findings and follow up actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality goals are consistently achieved.
- Complies with safety policies, practices and procedures and wears personnel protective equipment relevant to the assigned work area.
- Trains and works to gain additional expertise to progress to more complicated assembly roles.
- Available to work overtime as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Receives close supervision related to specific work activities, assignments, methods, etc; usually under frequent surveillance over job activities; instructions are detailed and assignments are typically short-term and repetitive.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles, standards, and auditing processes
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Ability to stand for the full work shift (8 hours per day, plus overtime when required)
- Good communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
