Warehouse Associate in Liberty Hill, Tx 78642

Pay:

$18+/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Utilize RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and inventory tracking tools as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure products are stored in designated locations and warehouse areas remain organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform general warehouse duties including labeling, sorting, packaging, cleaning, and material handling.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to support daily operations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred; forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Valid forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, order picking, and material handling is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
