Internal sales & Customer Service Representative in Irving, TX 75063

Pay:

$20–$25/hr

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and revenue.
• Identify and initiate contact with customers to pursue repeat orders, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities within our current customer base.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and timely follow-up.
• Accurately process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide product information and recommend suitable industrial products (training will be provided).
• Track sales activities and report performance to management.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong phone presence.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude, strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Email, Online chat, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven customer service experience; sales or business development experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in wholesale distribution, industrial processing, or manufacturing.
