Production Lifters in Georgetown, TX 78626

Pay:

$17-$20/hr

Schedule:

Monday- Friday

1st shift 6am-2pm

2nd Shift 2pm-10pm

3rd shift 10pm -6am

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lift, move, and transport materials and products throughout the facility 
• Load and unload shipments manually or with equipment as needed 
• Assist production teams by supplying materials to workstations 
• Stack, organize, and stage products for processing or shipment 
• Follow proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines at all times 
• Inspect materials for damage and report any issues 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Support team members and supervisors with general labor tasks as assigned

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English required for safety, training, and operational purposes
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus 
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically 50–75 lbs consistently) 
• Strong work ethic and reliability 
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team 
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
