Overnight Production Technician in Georgetown, TX 78628

Pay:

$22/hr

Schedule:

• C Shift: Sunday - Tuesday, every other Wednesday from 6pm to 6am
• D Shift: Thursday – Saturday, every other Wednesday from 6pm – 6am

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively partnering with operations leads and supervisors to facilitate the continuation of production processes.
• Ability to comprehend and execute instructions with utmost precision and accuracy.
• Capable of installing servers and switches into racks.
• Perform multiple aspects of the systems integration processes.
• Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the 
• timely and efficient production of goods, 
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain 
• productivity levels.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• As assigned, maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control 
• measures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, 
• reporting any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
• Work closely with other members of the production team, including supervisors, quality control personnel, etc., to 
• optimize production processes and resolve issues as they arise.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous Electronic Assembly and Production assembly experience required
• Must be able to pass a reading comprehension exam
• Must have a clean background
• Must be able to pass drug screen 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Experience with scanning systems is a plus (RF Scanner Experience)
• Familiarity with 5S principles is preferred
• Must be comfortable standing for the entire shift
• Must follow basic work instructions and procedures
•  Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment 

  issues effectively

• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations governing manufacturing operations.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. 

• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
