Robotic Weld Technician in Ft. Worth, TX 76106
Pay:
$20-22/hr

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 6am–2:30pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and program robotic weld cells for production.
- Load/unload parts and perform inspections for quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic welding equipment.
- Monitor weld quality and adjust parameters or tooling as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to improve welding processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets.
- Document process parameters, maintenance records, and quality checks.
- Train operators or junior technicians on robotic weld equipment and procedures.
- Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Program, set up, and operate robotic welding machines, specifically Fanuc, Motoman, OTC Robots and Cobots
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic welding systems to ensure optimal performance
- Ability to hand MIG weld as needed
Minimum Requirements: Preferably 2+ years of Robot Welding Experience, but with at least 1 year of experience
- Proven experience as a Robot Welder with hands-on programming capabilities
- Experience with robotic welding systems is required
- Strong understanding of welding processes, robotic programming, and fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and interpret weld symbols and blueprints
