Inserter Operator in Farmers Branch, TX 75244

Pay:

17-$20/hr

Schedule:

• 1^st shift 6:30am to 3pm
• 2^nd shift 3p- 11:30p

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Operate and maintain printing equipment (digital, offset, large-format, or specialty printers as applicable)
• Prepare print jobs by reviewing work orders, setting up files, and selecting appropriate materials
• Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and alignment; make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on equipment
• Cut, bind, laminate, and finish printed materials as required
• Manage inventory of paper, ink, toner, and supplies; report low stock
• Meet production schedules and prioritize multiple jobs efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Communicate with team members or customers regarding job status and specifications

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a print shop or production environment preferred
• Familiarity with printing equipment and finishing tools
• Basic computer skills; experience with print software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
