Job Description
Admin Assistant in Cedar Park, TX 78613
Pay:
$20/hr
Perks:

Schedule:
Tuesdays-Thursdays 9:30am to 4:30pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule photo sessions, and coordinate appointments
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare contracts, invoices, and collect payments
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Confirm shoot details, locations, and logistics with clients
- Assist with shot lists, call sheets, and production schedules
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Support post-production workflow by organizing and delivering final assets
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Comfortable with computers, keyboarding, and working with Microsoft office-like programs
- Pays attention to details in photographs and data
- Able to focus on work while office business is happening around them
