Inside Sales Specialist in Plano, TX

Salary:

$40-60K

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate with recruiting, operations, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and inactive accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on understanding client needs
• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with industrial products or experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector is a plus. Rubber is an extra plus!
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is desirable
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
