Hospitality/Food Service in Austin, TX 78705

Schedule:

Monday-Sunday 8am-6pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare, serve, and present food and beverages according to company standards
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash or card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, service stations, and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
• Respond to customer inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
