Freezer Worker in The Colony, TX 75056

Pay:

18/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Load and unload frozen goods from trucks and containers
• Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick sheets or RF scanners
• Label, palletize, and prepare shipments for distribution
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of freezer storage areas
• Monitor product quality and report damaged or expired goods
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Adhere to all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse or freezer experience preferred but not required
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Working Conditions:

• Work performed in freezer environment (typically -10°F to 0°F)
• Must wear company-provided cold storage protective gear
• Standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement for extended periods
• May require overtime, weekends, or holiday shifts
