Bilingual Construction Laborer

Location: San Antonio, TX 78259
Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Weekends: OFF
Overtime: Plenty of overtime available
Looking for a hands-on job with good hours, no weekends, and plenty of overtime? We are hiring a dependable Construction Laborer to join our team in the 1604 & Judson area of San Antonio.
No construction experience? No problem! We are willing to train motivated candidates who are ready to work. Candidates with construction experience can start at $19.00/hour.
What You'll Do
Assist with daily construction and warehouse operations
Load, unload, move, and organize materials
Help prepare materials and work areas for construction projects
Assist construction crews with various hands-on tasks
Use basic hand tools and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures
Perform general labor and other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Dependable and reliable
Hardworking and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Able to lift and move materials as needed
Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work with your hands throughout the shift
Construction experience is a plus, but not required
Must be willing to complete a drug screen
Must be safety-conscious and follow instructions
Pay & Schedule
$18.00/hour – No construction experience
$19.00/hour – Previous construction experience
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
NO WEEKENDS!
Overtime available for employees who want additional hours
Required PPE
Employees are required to provide and wear:
Steel-toe boots
Hard hat
Safety glasses
Leather work gloves
