CNC Machinist in Richardson, TX 75081

Pay:

$24-30/hr

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 730am-4pm 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Set up CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) according to job specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
• Load and secure raw materials, tools, and fixtures properly.
• Operate machines to produce precision parts to required tolerances.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings, offsets, and tooling as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control to resolve production or quality concerns.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CNC machine operation and set-up experience required.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection procedures.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred).
