Bilingual Sales Representative in Austin, TX 78752
Pay:
$24.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 5pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
- Counter Sales
- Service walk in customers by answering questions and process sales orders
- Process payments for completed orders: credit card, cash, checks and purchase orders
Phone Sales
- Receive inbound calls, helping customers with pricing and availability of products
- Perform outbound sales calls, securing new business and following up on existing quotes
- Email Sales
- Respond to inbound emails by quoting and/or processing orders.
- Send outbound emails to follow up on previous quotes
Marketing
- Seek out new marketing tools/ ideas to bring in new customers
- Initiate communication to reconnect with past customers
- Post pictures to social media, etc. Facebook, IG, Google
Purchasing
- Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts
- Ability to research and find custom products
- Ability to contact vendors, negotiate pricing and submit purchase orders
- Initiate, create, send, and confirm purchase orders for stock materials and buy outs
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Reading/Writing/Speaking Fluency - MUST BE BI-LINGUAL
- Team player while still maintaining individual drive and motivation
- Computer proficiency including data entry, Outlook, Word, Excel, and online research
- Fast typing speed while maintaining accuracy
- Abide by company policies, procedures, mission, and value statements
- Maintain a professional image to customers and vendors
