Warehouse Kitters in Round Rock, TX 78664

Pay: 

$18-20/hr

Schedule:

• A shift – 6am to 6pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wed.
• B shift - 6am to 6pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wed.

• Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Reading detailed schematics. 
• Handle and assemble small parts and cables
• Complies with safety requirements. 
• Notifies Team Leader of any safety issues that need to be corrected prior to performing operations.
• Maintain organized and efficient Kitting 
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill order requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Attention to Detail a MUST
• Basic Excel spreadsheet
• Ability to follow Bill of Materials
• Pull parts using BOM to send to production for assembly
• Ability to complete a checklist

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Electronic assembly experience required
• Assembly experience required
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS READING EXAM. 
• MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND
• Optail is the CRM system they use, so it does have scanners, but not RF.  Any scanning experience is a plus
• Experience with the 5 S’s is a plus
• Dress comfortable, shorts are okay as long as they are long and work appropriate, they will be wearing a smock and heel straps on tennis shoes to keep grounded
• Standing Entire Shift
• Lifting of 25 lbs. consistently
• Punctuality and Attendance is a MUST and weekends are required  
• Follow basic work instructions
• Must be able to read and write in English
