Schedule:

• A shift – 6am to 6pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wed.
• B shift - 6am to 6pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wed.

Pay Rate: 

$18.00-21.00/hr (DOE) 

Job Summary:

 As a Rack & Stack Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and contributing to overall supply chain management. Day to day, you will perform assembly tasks as assigned by the Team Leader. Along with the assembly portion of the role, you will also be responsible for meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Electronic Assembly, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Reading detailed schematics. 
• Handle and assemble small parts and cables
• Complies with safety requirements. 
• Notifies Team Leader of any safety issues that need to be corrected prior to performing operations.
• Maintain organized and efficient Rack & Stack Areas areas.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize space utilization.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill order requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Electronic assembly experience required
• Assembly experience required
• MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 100 IBS. 
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS READING EXAM. 
• MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND .
• Proven experience working with HAND TOOLS.
• Demonstrable leadership and professionalism skills.
• Comfortable to advocate and problem solve when needed
