Pay Rate: 

$55-60/hr

Job Summary: 

The Senior Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing systems, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members. Share expertise in process engineering and best practices.
• Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement quality control procedures and corrective actions.
• Work closely with other departments, including R&D, production, and maintenance, to align process improvements with overall business objectives.
• Address and resolve complex process issues and production challenges. Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of process changes, improvements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
• Ensure proper documentation practices are followed 
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be able to train in China for two months. 
• Valid American passport
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
• A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of successful process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process control, and optimization techniques. Proficiency in data analysis software and process simulation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
