Pay Rate:
$55-60/hr
Job Summary:
The Senior Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing systems, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members. Share expertise in process engineering and best practices.
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement quality control procedures and corrective actions.
- Work closely with other departments, including R&D, production, and maintenance, to align process improvements with overall business objectives.
- Address and resolve complex process issues and production challenges. Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of process changes, improvements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper documentation practices are followed
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be able to train in China for two months.
- Valid American passport
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of successful process improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process control, and optimization techniques. Proficiency in data analysis software and process simulation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical

- Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
