Pay:

$20-25/hr

Schedule:

6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri. OT possible during the week and weekends is required

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Setup and run a complete SMT production line.
• This will involve past printer setup, loading machine feeders, and running the products complete through the reflow oven.
• Equipment utilized is Dek Paste Printer, Fuji SMT, and Electrovert reflow ovens.
• Load and unload PCBs onto the production line
• Monitor the production process to ensure proper placement and soldering of components
• Inspect finished PCBs for defects and perform necessary rework or repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Follow work instructions and adhere to quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in machining and mechanical knowledge
• Experience is required, and attention to detail, mechanical and computer skills are necessary
• Ability to fabricate and assemble electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment
• Familiarity with reading schematics and understanding electrical wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using calipers or other measuring instruments
