Job Description
Incoming Quality Control Inspector in Mesquite, TX
***Passport in hand and be able to train in China***
Pay:
$25-30/hr
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and components for quality, conformance to specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize various measuring instruments and testing equipment to evaluate the quality of incoming goods.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and provide feedback on material quality.
- Support the Quality Control Manager in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance quality assurance practices.
- Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes related to quality control
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Passport in hand and can start immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or quality assurance training is a plus.
- Previous experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and testing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
