Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Job Summary: Inspect, report, and document findings relating to conformance and non-conformance of products during receiving, manufacturing in progress, and finished goods.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming material, work in progress, and finished goods.
• Attention to detail
• Read Sampling Charts to determine appropriate inspection levels
• Reading in-house and customer specifications
• Use measurements devices to determine product conformance
• Remove Non-conforming products from the production line and report to appropriate personnel
•  Discuss all inspection results with the production team
• Maintain daily inspection records
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and sampling techniques 

Experience/Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required with 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing, and/or quality assurance

Skills/Abilities

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of basic math
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and sampling techniques

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, climb, lift amounts, stoop down, and reach arms above shoulders
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Must be able to report to workstation without assistance
• Must be able to conduct repetitive motions daily
