KeyStaff is excited to announce that we are actively recruiting for Manufacturing Product Quality Engineer in Mesquite, TX 

Pay Rate: 

$50-55/hr

Job Summary: 

The Manufacturing Product Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products during the manufacturing process. This role involves developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, analyzing production data, and working closely with engineering and production teams to address and resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, quality assurance methodologies, and problem-solving skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections and tests of materials, components, and finished products to identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze production data and quality reports to identify root causes of quality issues. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified problems.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and design teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the product design and production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal use and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices in quality management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to quality control and assurance.

Job Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Must be able to train in China for two months. 
  • Valid American passport
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. Certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field within a manufacturing environment. Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and statistical analysis. Proficiency in using quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to addressing quality issues.
  • High level of attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
