Credit Card and Invoice Processing Specialist in Dallas, TX 75234

Pay:

$18-22/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Review and process employee and corporate credit card transactions.
• Reconcile credit card statements and ensure all receipts and approvals are submitted.
• Enter credit card expenses into the accounting or expense management system.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit card use policies and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with cardholders to clarify charges or obtain missing documentation.
• Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and coding.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system for payment processing.
• Match purchase orders and delivery receipts with invoices when applicable.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.
• Assist with weekly check runs, ACH, or wire payments.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support month-end AP close

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or expense management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Strong Excel and data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams.
