2nd Shift- Clean Room Machine Operator in Austin, TX 78753 

Pay:

$17.70/hr

Schedule:

2^nd shift 3pm to 1:30 am Monday to Thursday

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Set up and operate lamination machines according to job specifications.
• Monitor the lamination process to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating lamination or similar machinery preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary. Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
