Bilingual Forklift Operator in Austin, TX 78728

Pay:

$18.50/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to load, unload, and move products and materials.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accuracy of inventory.
• Perform daily equipment checks to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and comply with safety standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers in both English and Spanish.
• Follow company policies and procedures for handling products and equipment.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Clean driving history is required
• Bilingual (fluent in English and [Spanish]) — both spoken and written.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid forklift certification/license required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed.
