Network Cabler/Assembler in Sulphur Springs, TX 75482

Qualified candidates must have;

• Previous experience in cable assembly or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of network cable standards and electrical wiring principles.

Pay:

• $25-27/hr
• 1hr of extra pay per day

Schedule:

4x10- 7am-5pm 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assemble and fabricate network cables (Cat5, Cat6, fiber optic, etc.) per client specifications and industry standards.
• Cut, strip, and terminate wires using hand tools and machinery.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
•  Perform testing on assembled cables to ensure proper functionality and signal integrity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Inspect cables for defects, ensuring all components meet quality control standards.
• Label and package finished products for shipment or installation.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to safety regulations when working with electrical components and tools.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of cable materials and components.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly process.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cable assembly or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of network cable standards and electrical wiring principles.
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as wire strippers, crimping tools, and cable testers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure and related components is a plus.
