Pay:

$14.00/hr

Schedule: 

Monday - Friday 7:00am -3:30pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Receive, store, inspect and issue material from the assigned warehouses. 
• Package, palletize and route material to appropriate area using pallet jack, or forklift. Perform physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Identify appropriate stock locations supporting FIFO rotation and stock consolidation efforts.
• Review receiving paperwork for correctness I.E. packing list and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Orders material to replenish component inventory as required by production needs. 
• Perform data entry functions I.E. open and closing of work orders.
• Monitor and correct inbound material shipments and report errors on cycle count data sheet. 
• Follows safety policies and procedures, wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for assigned area, and maintains a clean and orderly working environment 
• Other duties as needed and assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous material handling related experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of computers. 
• Able to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklift, dollies, etc)
•  Knowledge of inventory control systems preferred. 
•  Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills. 
•  Team player with good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
•  Lifting required (frequent lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.) 
•  Ability to stand 8-10 hours per day
