KeyStaff is actively recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Manager in Mesquite, TX 

Pay:

$38-42

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of products. Monitor and adjust production processes to meet changing demands and address any issues that arise.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff. Foster a positive work environment, conduct performance reviews, and provide training and support to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Address quality issues promptly and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety audits and training to minimize workplace hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials and components. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to minimize disruptions to production.
• Prepare and present regular production reports, including performance metrics, production goals, and any issues affecting production. Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
• Work closely with other departments, including engineering, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment of production activities with company goals and objectives.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be able to train in China for two months. 
  • Valid American passport
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred.)
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and systems, including ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address production issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
