KeyStaff is excited to announce that we are actively recruiting for Manufacturing Process Engineer in Mesquite, TX 

Pay Rate: 

$43-45/hr

Job Summary: 

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure that manufacturing processes meet or exceed company and industry standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, including process flow, equipment layout, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Continuously analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and specifications. Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during production.
  • Provide technical support to production teams by troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues. Offer guidance on best practices and process improvements.
  • Lead and participate in process improvement projects, including the introduction of new technologies, equipment, and production methods. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize statistical methods and process modeling tools to drive decision-making.
  • Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the production environment.
  • Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to support process development, implementation, and optimization. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Must be able to train in China for two months. 
  • Valid American passport
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
  • Minimum of [4] years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and quality assurance.
