Technical Machine Operator in Forney, TX 75126

Pay:

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 7am-330pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating 
• procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs to ensure optimal equipment 
• performance.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Record production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Follow all safety, environmental regulations and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical or machine operation role in a manufacturing 
• environment.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to read technical manuals and 
• schematics.
• Familiarity with automated systems, PLCs, and production software is a plus.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
