Industrial Inside Sales Representative in Carrollton, TX 75006
Pay:
$21-25/hr

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the industrial sector, using a combination of cold calling, lead generation, and referrals.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and offering exceptional customer service.
- Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product and service offerings to effectively address customer needs and provide accurate, comprehensive product recommendations.
- Provide quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, collaborating with the operations and logistics teams.
- Monitor sales progress and customer activity, providing regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the field sales team, engineers, and other internal departments to ensure customers' needs are met and solutions are delivered efficiently.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of [2-3] years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Must have worked with industrial products like fasteners, metals, building materials, etc
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and services, particularly in industrial applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and close sales effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer information, track sales activity, and generate reports.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively, offering appropriate solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and work within a team-oriented environment.
