ISolved HCM Payroll Specialist in Euless, TX 76040

Pay:

$25-30/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll for all employees across multiple locations or departments.
• Verify and calculate employee wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee information in the payroll system.
• Reconcile payroll reports and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and distribute W-2s, 1099s, and other year-end tax reporting documents.
• Respond to employee questions regarding paychecks, withholdings, and deductions.
• Work closely with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate employee status, benefits, and timekeeping information.
• Audit and correct payroll discrepancies as needed.
• Stay current on changes in payroll regulations and legislation.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience required.
• Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Ceridian, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
