Facilities Assistant in Cedar Park, TX 78154
Pay:
$22/hr

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6am-3pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains grounds of facility and property to help ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment, paint, tile repair, grounds, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC etc.
- Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps
- Performs general labor work as assigned by the Facilities Manager including loading, unloading and moving materials
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Trade School Certification.
- Experience with a Forklift and/or Forklift certification
- High school graduate or GED
- Basic computer skills
- 1-2 years of Facilities experience
