KeyStaff is recruiting for a Customer Service Rep/Admin. Assistant in Euless, TX 76039

Pay:

$17/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6:00AM – 2:30PM

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Sales Orders

• Receive and enter Sales Orders via fax, email, phone or walk-in customers
• Enter Work Orders in Job Jackets for Production Team
• Consult with Production Mgr. and Sales Rep. on lead times and shipments
• Closely follow all established policies, guidelines and pricing for customer accounts and service
• Work closely with Sales Dept. to identify new opportunities for customers
• Identify issues and provide timely feedback to management team regarding customer concerns
• Call customers when orders are ready for pick-up
• Ability to quote bf cut-to-size foam orders (basic math skills)

Invoicing / Filing

• Enter Invoices 
• Mailing of Net-30 Days as directed
• Filing invoices as directed

Inventory

• Assist with maintaining inventory levels on the floor as needed
• Make inventory adjustments when product is used in production where applicable
• Print product labels when restocking inventory or applying to parts where applicable

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish translator verbal & written)
• Fundamental math skills
• Verified computer skills (Microsoft Office; strong Excel experience; plus internet searches)
• SAGE Peachtree software a definite plus
