Customer Service Representative (Sales Focused) in Florence, TX 76527
Pay:
$19-21/hr

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Field inbound contacts from customers through multiple contact channels including voice, chat, SMS and email in an active environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries with a goal for first call resolution for all interactions.
- Respond to online inquiries using Salesforce in accordance with company guidelines.
- Data entry regarding manual order entries and order edits, as required.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to provide the best customer experience possible.
- Have a thorough knowledge products, services, and systems.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, SMS, email, and social media, constantly striving to improve the experience for our customers.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1+ years multi-channel contact center experience is preferred.
- Sales Experience is preferred
- Salesforce and/or CRM experience preferred
