Customer Service Representative (Sales Focused) in Florence, TX 76527

Pay:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Field inbound contacts from customers through multiple contact channels including voice, chat, SMS and email in an active environment.
• Assist customers with inquiries with a goal for first call resolution for all interactions.
• Respond to online inquiries using Salesforce in accordance with company guidelines.
• Data entry regarding manual order entries and order edits, as required.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to provide the best customer experience possible.
• Have a thorough knowledge products, services, and systems. 
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, SMS, email, and social media, constantly striving to improve the experience for our customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
• 1+ years multi-channel contact center experience is preferred.
• Sales Experience is preferred
• Salesforce and/or CRM experience preferred
