Pay: 

$19-21/hr 

Schedule: 

• Monday- Friday 9am-6pm in office
• Training for 30 days in office and then work remote
• Candidates must live within Austin TX and surrounding areas

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assumptively identify responsible parties by telephone and inform on the status of student loans.
• Educate borrowers and co-borrowers about their payment obligation and possible repayment solutions.
• Convey the consequences of non-payment to borrowers and co-borrowers.
• Create financial, administrative, and maintenance transactions.
• Actively assist and educate borrowers on how to resolve delinquencies and prevent default.
• Identify reason(s) for delinquency

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience – 2 years in Collections position
