Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English) Customer Service Representative in San Antonio, TX 78216

Pay:
$17/hr

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Job Summary:
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for collecting payments on behalf of various clients across the country
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in compliance with FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) guidelines
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to compute basic math
- Ability to multitask and switch between multiple systems
- Eligible for licensing in all states (preferred)
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and stress tolerance
- Able to handle escalated calls and reach resolutions
- Well-organized in taking and processing payments
