Legal Customer Service Representative in Houston, TX 77081

* In order to be considered for the position candidates must live in Houston, TX 77081 or surrounding areas *

Pay:

$17/hr

Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Job Summary: 

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for collecting payments on behalf of various clients across the country

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Handling inbound and outbound calls in compliance with FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) guidelines

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) 
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to compute basic math
• Ability to multitask and switch between multiple systems
• Eligible for licensing in all states (preferred)
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and stress tolerance
• Able to handle escalated calls and reach resolutions
• Well-organized in taking and processing payments
