Administrative Assistant in Selma, TX 78154
Pay:
$20-21/hr

Schedule:
- Mon-Thurs 7am to 4:30pm
- Fridays 7am to 11am
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes, distributing notes and action items afterward.
- Support various administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and photocopying.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Contribute to team projects and collaborate with other departments as needed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- UKG payroll/time keeping system. (formally Kronos) is a huge plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
