Gold Wire Wedge Bonder in Garland, TX 75042
Position Summary:
Use West Bond Bonder model #7600C-79C, to perform GOLD WIRE bonding assembly, conforming to wire lists, technical schematics, drawing, visual aides, and to verbal and/or written instruction
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 /hr (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Gold Wire Bonding
- Fine soldering
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Gold wire wedge bonding is required
- Soldering certification to J-STD-001 is required
- Ability to work under a microscope is required
- Knowledge of ISO 9001;2015; QMS
- Knowledge of electrostatic discharge protection
